These terms govern access to MartCore websites, APIs, console, MCP tools and related services.

1. Acceptance

By using MartCore, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

2. Service

MartCore provides commerce data APIs, monitoring, billing, console workflows and MCP Skills. Services are provided as available and may change as the platform evolves.

3. API Usage

You may not abuse rate limits, resell access without permission, attack the service, redistribute bulk data, or use MartCore for unlawful activity.

4. Payments and Credits

Paid usage consumes credits or plan quota. Prices, quotas and billing periods are shown in the console or order flow.

5. Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated. Operational records may be retained as required for security, billing and legal compliance.
